We did not stay at the hotel but the restaurant was amazing, the food was delicious the service was great and very fast. It was a very chill vibe. The Texas schnitzel was great as well as the regular schnitzel and cream sauce. The cream sauce is enough to split between two people. The pretzel was also really fresh and great. The beer cheese was delicious and the mustard was not too spicy. The brewhouse beer was delicious we got the light beer and it was still pretty strong.

We didn’t stay at the Hotel but ate in the restaurant. Very European menu and the best beer I have had outside of Germany. The schnitzel and pork shank are delicious. Everybody was very attentive and friendly. We came in with a huge party of 15 and our server Avery was all by herself and did a fantastic job. Pivovar is one of our favorite restaurants in Waco!

Giving it 3 stars for ambience and its beers. We were really excited to try this place! Sadly, it does not taste authentic Czech at all. Tried the Czech schnitzel and goulash dish. Schnitzel was very salty. Goulash was also very salty and was not really goulash at all. Just a piece of short rib on top of a bed of mash potatoes. If you ever been to Czech Republic you would know this place taste nothing like it. Glad we tried it but we won’t ever be back unless to drink only!

Our service was great, and the food and beer were fantastic! I had the Czexan Schnitzel and my husband ordered the Fish and Chips. My schnitzel was breaded perfectly with lots of great seasoning, and topping it off with the Pivovar Cream Sauce with Mushrooms made it absolutely delicious. My husband's cod and chips were excellent as well. We topped it all off with their crème brûlée cheesecake! We don't live very far from Waco and noticed they also have a Beer Spa on site! We would love to come back and experience that together next time.
